Fruits
According to the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Pyramid, I should intake 2 cups of Fruits daily.

Fruits are important because they:
- Reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
- Reduce the risk of developing Kidney stones and may help to decrease bone loss.
- Reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Some Fruits that I could include in my diet:
- Pears
- Grapes
- Apples
- Bananas
Here's an example of how I could get my 2 cups of Fruits in one day:
- 1 cup of sliced Banana(1 cup)
- 1 small apple(1 cup)
